The New York Fashion week was on - trend. I'd be sharing 5 of my favourite  trends from the New York Fashion week street style.

1. Graphic Tees - Graphic Anything!

Just when we thought graphic tees were over and done with they come with a BANG! afterall, we wear graphic tees with messages we strongly believe in OR with some parody or social cause. Whichever one we choose, Graphic tees definitely make a "statement"



2. Athleisure

This Season is all about comfort. The more comfortable you are, The more stylsh you appear. so, permit me to say Buh-bye to Bodycon dresses and Skinnys and revive the track pants and sneaker trend. Track pants made of silk in addidas style. For the ultimate style glam, Try Track pants and heels...  Thank me later boo.


3. Volume and Layers
This season, the streets of New York were filled with puffy shirts, asymmetric sleeves. It's a great trend to follow if you're like me, that has skipped abs day.  Just tuck in that shirt, honey, and no-one will ever notice.

4. Denim - Mom Jean game strong asf!!


Ladies (and the buff gentlemen that are reading), The 90s are back,  I mean, they've always been there. There are so much oversized denim going around that you would want to pick up that ill-fitting Jeans and werk it!!!

5. Printed Maxis
Florals, Stripes and  Plaids with intricate details like Puffy sleeves, Large bottons, pleats,  ruffles and frills. Fall is sure looking like a "dressy" season.The fashion Crowd styled this trend with Mules, a pair of casual Sneakers, sock-style boots, structured bags and so on.

The Streets of New York during this fashion week was a goldmine of trends. I think most of these trends were retro with a bit if pixie dust of 2017. It's time to go shopping cos when it comes to street style, you can never go wrong.
